Hi Friends, How are you?. Today I m sharing with you the most special recipe its " Sesame Chicken " . This is most popular recipe all over the world. It is also known in Asian and Europe countries too.

Sesame chicken (also called Chinese sesame seed chicken) is a dish commonly found in Chinese restaurants throughout the United States. The dish is similar to General Tso's chicken but the taste of the Chinese-based chicken is sweet rather than spicy.

You can see this video, I give it bit Pakistani style. It was so much delicious than restaurant. It is said "Home Made is the Best " When ever you will try this method, you will see the difference.  😊😊






The dish involves chicken (usually thigh) pieces that are de-boned, battered and Chinese deep-fried, then dressed with a translucent, reddish-brown, semi-thick, somewhat sweet sauce made from corn starch, vinegar, wine or sake, chicken broth and sugar, the last of which is a major contributor to sesame chicken's relative sweetness. After these preparations, the unfinished dish is topped with small sesame seeds, which may or may not be toasted, hence the name sesame chicken. It is sometimes, but not always, served with vegetables such as broccoli and baby corn.





Sesame chicken paired with fried rice can be a beneficial meal. It is a good source of healthy carbohydrates and protein. When vegetables such as peas and carrots are added to the meal it will provide fiber, vitamins and minerals. The large amount of oil used to deep-fry the chicken and prepare the sauce, however, contributes high quantities of fat to the dish. The soy sauce used in the marinade and sauce also contains high levels of sodium. The eggs sometimes used in fried rice will also add fat and cholesterol.

Roasting the chicken instead of frying it will lower the total fat content of the dish without compromising the protein content. Add vegetables such as carrots, bell peppers and peas. Use white or brown rice instead of fried rice to make the dish lighter and greatly reduce the total calories and fat content.

Ingredients for this recipe:-

Things for marination. 

Chicken 1/2 kg (bone less or with bones)
Ginger and Garlic paste 1,1 Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Black pepper 1 Tsp
Corn Starch 1, 1/2 Tsp
Baking Powder 1 Tsp
Egg White 1 
Soy Sauce

Take a deep bowl .Mix all spices in the chicken cover it and keep the chicken in room temperature for thirty minutes.

After thirty minutes fry the chicken for 15 minutes on medium low flame. Then double fry it so that it will be more crunchy.

Things for the sauce:-

Oil 2 Tbsp (optional)
Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
Liquid Honey 2 tsp
Brown Sugar 3 Tbsp
Ketchup  1 cup
White vinegar  1 tbsp
Roasted Sesame seeds 2 Tbsp
Liquid Corn Starch 2 Tbsp
Chilli Flacks  1 Tsp (optional)

Add all spices in a deep and wide pan and let it cook for 15 minutes on low flame. When the sauce get thick than add fried chicken and cook it for 10 minutes. After that add liquid corn starch and let it cook for 2 minutes. Your Sesame Chicken is ready to serve. Garnish it with roasted sesame seeds and parsley or green chopped unions. Enjoy:-).
