                  Soft Sugar Donuts Recipe

Today I' m going to share with you my favorite recipe Sugar Donuts. It is so simple and easy recipe.
Doughnuts are deep-fried cakes with a long European history and roots in still earlier Middle Eastern cuisine. They were introduced to America by the Dutch in New Netherlands to America as oil cakes or fried cakes.
Mostly children at home or school going children love to bring for their lunch box. Some people like to bring for outing to make their parties more delightful with these snacks.


Some time I also make for my family for tea time or when we feel hungry. These snacks gives energy and taste too.
I like the color of these beautiful snacks. Golden brown color is so beautiful that's why they looks awesome.
When I was a kid about 5 years old, I used to get these from my school canteen or outside of my school.
One of old sale man was making these snacks. I was waiting when I will be free to get these delicious snacks.
Its aroma used to attract me to eat quickly. 

So today I was searching on google about this recipe. At least I found this useful recipe which I'm sharing.
Friends! first we have to know some things about its dough. Actually dough should be soft and sticky. Remember don't knead it with dry flour because donuts will be heard and not be fluffy. Knead it with oil and scraper. Apply some oil in your hands too so that it will be easy to knead.

Let's get started. First we will see all the ingredients:-


 Ingredients for dough:-

Warm milk : 1 cup

Sugar : 1/4 Cup (2 Tbsp)

Instant Yeast : 2 Tbsp

Large Egg 1 

Salt 1 Tsp

All purpose flour 2 & 3/4 cups ( sieved )

Unsalted Butter : 1/4 (2 Tbsp in room temperature)


Method:-

In the mixing bowl add warm milk and sugar and mix well. Now add Two Tbsp of  instant yeast and one large egg. Mix well with the help of whisker. Now add flour and mix all ingredients with spatula slowly. Place the sticky dough on the surface and knead it for 5 to 8 minutes until more soft in texture. Apply some oil on your hands and when it is stop sticking add it again in the bowl and cover it with cling wrap or kitchen towel. Leave it in room temperature for 2 hours for proofing. Proofing depends on the weather. If you have summer then it will proof fast almost in one hour. If it is winter, it will proof in 2 hours. 

My dough was proof in 2 hours. It was well proofed. Remove the cling wrap and release the air of the dough. Now place it on the surface release it from the air and divide it in two part by make circle from the center. Make two equal parts and cut the two pieces in 5 or 6 small parts. Make small circles of these parts. 
Now take one circle press it slowly and make whole with the help of nozzle in the center. Donut will be ready by this method. Make all donuts like this and place them in baking tray. When you make all the donuts cover them with cling wrap again for 15 minutes for proofing. After proofing them heat up 2 cups of oil on low flame for 15 minutes.
