Fried & Baked Fish Recipe

Today we are going to learn how to make fish. There are two methods, first one is how to bake & second one is how to fry. These both methods are easy and useful.
So let's get started. First we will see the ingredients;-
Fish : 2 kg
White vinegar : 1 Tbsp
Gram flour 1 Cup (sieved)
Pink Salt 1 Tbsp
Chili Powder 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala1 Tsp
Coriander powder 1 Tbsp
Chili Flacks 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 Tbsp (Crushed)
Coriander Seeds 1 Tbsp (Crushed)
Marination Of The Fish
Method
Now mix all Ingredients well in the bowl with hand whisker and make fine paste. Add it on the washed fish and massage it well with your hands on both sides. After that place it in plastic wrap or cover it with cling wrap. Place it in the freezer for 24 hours.
Bake Method
After 24 hours I took half part of the fish. For this method take baking tray wrap it with foil and apply 1 Tbsp of oil on the surface of the tray. Place the fish in the center and bake it in preheated oven in 200 °C for 45 to 50 minutes.
Last 15 minutes decrease the temperature of the oven about 150 °C. It will be more crispy. Fish is ready to serve.
Serve it with rice, Naan or Chapati. Enjoy
Frying Method
Heat up the 1 liter oil in the deep pan. Heat it well until bubbling. if you want to check it , insert the toothpick
if it is bubbling fast that means oil is read for fry. Add the marinated fish in the pan and fry it 10 minutes on both sides. Flip it after 5 minutes carefully. Water of the fish should be dried well.
Fish will be ready in 15 minutes. Serve it with rice , chapati or as you like to eat with. Enjoy
