📝 Ingredients
For Homemade Khunafa Dough:

1/3 cup Corn flour

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt
-
Water 1 cup
For Chocolate Filling:

4 Tbsp white melted chocolate

Oil 2 tbsp
For Pistachio Paste:
-
1 cup pistachios (unsalted, peeled)

2 tbsp powdered sugar

3/4 cup of Condensed milk
🧑🍳 Instructions
Step 1: Make the Khunafa Dough

Mix flour, and salt with water to make a thin batter.

Pour out the better into the piping bag and cut a little the piping bag.

Heat up the non- stick griddle, make the circular design noodles. When it get dry, remove from the griddle. This is your homemade Khunafa.
Step 2: Prepare Pistachio Paste

Blend pistachios, sugar and Condensed milk in a food processor or blender.

Add green food colour about 1 Tsp.

Keep chilled until needed.
Pistachio Paste is ready.
Step 3: Assemble the Khunafa

In a chocolate mold, apply some yellow and green chocolate with design.

Add a generous layer of milk melted chocolate.

Add another layer of khunafa and pistachio paste on top, pressing slightly.
Step 4: Refrigerate:-
Refrigerate the mold for 2 hours.
