(for fry) Sweet & Sour Ingredients:- Ketchup 3/4 cup White vinegar 1/2 cup Sugar 1/3 cup (3 tbsp) Soy sauce 1 tsp Method Step 1: Marinate the Chicken Place the chicken cubes in a mixing bowl. Add salt, black pepper, garlic, soy sauce, egg, cornflour, and all-purpose flour Corn flour Mix everything well until the chicken pieces are evenly coated. Let the chicken rest for about 1 hour.
