Step 1: Prepare the Bananas
Peel the ripe bananas and mash them well in a bowl using a fork until smooth.
Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, add mashed bananas, sugar, oil (or melted butter), eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Combine the Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Step 4: Make the Batter
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture while stirring gently. Pour in the milk and mix until a smooth batter forms. Do not overmix.

Step 5: Bake the Cake
