How to make dumba karahi:
1. Start by heating 1 Cup oil in a pan.
2. Add the mutton and fat and fry until its color changes to white.
3. Then, add the ginger and garlic paste and cook it for 5 minutes on high flame. Then let it cook for 20 to 30 minutes on medium-low flame.
4. When water dries add tomatoes about 7 to 10 and other spices.
5. Add 7 to 10 crushed green chilies and mix them.
6. Now add 1/2 Tbsp salt or as to your taste.
7. Red chili powder 1/2 Tbsp.
8. Cumin powder 1 Tsp.
9. Dried Fenugreek Leaves 1/2 Tbsp.
10. Dried coriander seeds add them by rubbing them in your palms.
11. Roast it well. Fat will come over too.
12. Remove the skin of the tomatoes and crush them too.
13. Now add fresh yogurt about 4 Tbsp.
14. If you add diced green chilies and ginger stirps it will be good in taste.
15. At the end add 1 Tsp of black pepper.
16. After a few minutes add 4 Tbsp yogurt.
17. Garnish it with fresh parsley.
