All you need for this recipe 😋 Ingredients:- Beef mince 1.5 kg Potatoes 4 large Boild Eggs 4 or 6 oil 2 cups Ingredients for making Kofta Onions 2 medium Garlic 5-6 cloves Ginger 1 inch Tomatoe 🍅 1 Green chilies 10 - 15 Blend them all in blender. Spices:- salt 1 tbsp Red chili pwd 1.5 tbsp Coriander pwd 1/2 Turmeric pwd 1/2 tsp cumin pwd 1 tsp ground spices 1 tsp kashmiri red chili 1 tsp Kasoori methi 1 tbsp. Mix all ingredients with mince and make meatballs (koftas). Place them in freezer for 15 minutes. Ingredients for gravy: 1 large onion 2 tomatoes Ginger 1 inch Garlic cloves 5-6 Green chilies 10-15 Blend them properly. All gravy Spices:- Salt 1 tbsp Red chili pwd 1 tbsp Turmeric pwd 1/2 tsp Coriander pwd 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili 1 tsp Ground spices 1/2 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Kasoori meithi 1 tbsp White vinegar 1 tbsp 2 Onion medium (Chopped) Method:- Fry 2 chopped onions until brown. add grinded masala and all spices fry them until oil comes out. Than add 1.5 cups of water. Let it boil then add koftas one-by-one. Cook them on low flame for 20 minutes. After that add cubes of potatoes let the cook properly. When gravy gets thicker switch of the flame and add boiled eggs. Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve with rice or chapati. 😉.
