Ingredients for Frosting:-
Pineapple Chunks 1 cup
Whipped Cream 1 cup (beated)
Sugar syrup 1 cup (1 cup water + 4 tsp sugar)

Method
Step 1: Prepare the Cake Batter
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add oil (or melted butter), milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix gently until a smooth batter forms.
Step 2: Bake the Cake
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan and pour the batter into it.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely.
Step 3: Prepare the Pineapple Filling
In a small pan, cook the pineapple pieces with sugar and pineapple juice for 3–4 minutes until slightly soft. Let it cool.
