It is prepared by marinated in yogurt and spices in a Degh or deep and large pan a cylindrical clay oven. The dish originated from the Indian subcontinent and is popular in many other parts of the world.
I Prepared it with deferent style and serving style is also different. It is so delicious and quick recipe. So, we will see its ingredients first.
All we need:-
Whole chicken with skin 1 kg added with horizontal cuts
yogurt 1 cup without water
Black Pepper 1 Tbsp
White Vinegar 2 Tbsp
Pink Salt 1 Tbsp
Fresh Lemon juice
Cumin seeds 1 Tbsp (Crushed)
Coriander Seeds 1 Tbsp(Crushed)
Cumin Powder 1 Tsp
Ground Spices 1 Tsp
Chili flakes 1 Tbsp
Red chili Powder 1 Tbsp
Red Food colour Pinch
Yellow Food colour Pinch
Method:-
Mix all Ingredients in a deep bowl and massage all spices on the chicken.
Fill all spices in cuts and refrigerate it for 24 hours.
Second day bake it on 220 ° C for 45 minutes.
Enjoy it with Saji rice.
