                                       Fish Cheese Burger Recipe

How are you?. I hope you are doing well &must've busy with your activities. Today I'm going to teach you how to make a fish cheeseburger at home hmmm... Yummy. Infect, with this recipe I made tartar sauce as well.

I love this sauce so much. 

I was wondering how to make this tartar sauce just like restaurants. I was surprised so I decided to make it with my method 🙂. Anyways let me tell you all about this recipe. So let's get started...

Benefits of the Fish Cheese Burger:-

Fish is naturally low in calories and is a great source of protein, so it is typically a healthier option when compared to a cheeseburger. It is also rich in essential nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins, while cheeseburgers are often higher in saturated fats and calories.

These patties are made of fish, which is one of the greatest sources of essential fatty acids, proteins, minerals, and vitamins A, D, and E. This is made with Rahu fish. Rohu fish is beneficial for those suffering from age-related macular degeneration.

Tartar Sauce:-

What is the origin of the Tartar sauce? The name is derived from the French Sauce Tartare. It is named after the Tatar tribe which came from the Eurasian Steppe to occupy parts of Ukraine and Russia. The Tartar introduced finely minced meat eaten raw which became known as hamburg steak.

                        

Preparation of Tartar Sauce;-

Ingredients

Vinegar                       ½ Cup

Onion                          1 Chopped

Cucumber                    ½

Carrot (optional)           ½

Parsley                          1 Tbsp.

Mayonnaise                    ½ Cup

Mustard Sauce                1 Tsp

Lemon juice                     ½ Tbsp.

White Pepper                    ½ Tsp

Salt                                    1 Pinch

 

Directions: -

First, we soaked the vegetables in vinegar for 2 hours. After that squeeze them well. Take mayonnaise, add lemon juice, salt, pepper & mustard sauce. Mix all well. Now add soaked vegetables in this mayonnaise mixture and add Parsley. Our sauce is ready.

How to make fish cheeseburger petty;-

Ingredients: -

Burger Patty

Boneless Fish            1kg

Bread crumbs            1 Cup

Green Chilies             5 – 7 (Chopped)

Onion                            1 Medium (chopped)

Garlic                            1 Tbsp. (chopped)

Ginger                           1 Inch (chopped)

                                       

Salt                                  1 Tsp

Red Chili Powder        1 Tsp

Cumin Powder            ½ Tsp

Coriander Seeds         1 Tsp

Ground Spies               ½ Tsp

Chili Flakes                   ½ Tsp

Cumin Seeds                ½ Tsp

Fenugreek Leaves       1 Tbsp.

Carom Seeds                 ½ Tsp (Ajwain)

White Vinegar               1 Tsp

                                  

Method: -

 I boil the fish for just 1 minute and easily remove the bones. Now add the boneless fish to the chopper and mix it with all the ingredients and spices. I mix half of the breadcrumbs and make a fine dough.

In the main while, I add oil because it was sticky dough. Now refrigerate this dough for margination for about one hour.

 One hour later to make patties, you have dried bread crumbs, one beaten egg, oil 2 Tbsp & one large plate.

 Roast the burgers with some oil on the pan.

 

Assembling: -

Now apply some tartar sauce on the buns/burgers, and add a fish patty and salad, like cucumber slices, onions, or tomatoes. Place cheddar cheese slice. Apply some sauce again and place another piece of the burger.  Garnish them with finger fries and salad and serve. ENJOY
