Preparation of Tartar
Sauce;-

Vinegar

Onion 1

Cucumber ½
Carrot (optional) ½
Parsley 1

Mayonnaise ½
Cup
Mustard Sauce 1
Tsp
Lemon juice ½
Tbsp.
White Pepper ½
Tsp
Salt 1
Pinch
Directions:
-
First, we soaked the vegetables in vinegar for 2 hours. After
that squeeze them well. Take mayonnaise, add lemon juice, salt, pepper &
mustard sauce. Mix all well. Now add soaked vegetables in this mayonnaise
mixture and add Parsley. Our sauce is ready.
How to make fish cheeseburger petty;-
Ingredients: -
Burger Patty
Boneless Fish 1kg
Bread crumbs 1 Cup
Green Chilies 5 – 7 (Chopped)
Onion 1 Medium (chopped)
Garlic 1 Tbsp. (chopped)
Ginger 1 Inch (chopped)
Salt 1 Tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder ½ Tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 Tsp
Ground Spies ½ Tsp
Chili Flakes ½ Tsp
Cumin Seeds ½ Tsp
Fenugreek Leaves 1 Tbsp.
Carom Seeds ½ Tsp (Ajwain)
White Vinegar 1 Tsp
Method:
-
I boil the fish for just 1 minute and easily remove the bones. Now add the boneless fish to the chopper and mix it with all the ingredients and spices. I mix half of the breadcrumbs and make a fine dough.
In the main while, I add oil because it was sticky dough. Now refrigerate this dough for margination for about one hour.
Roast the burgers with some oil on the pan.
Assembling:
-
Now apply some tartar sauce on the buns/burgers, and add a fish patty and salad, like cucumber slices, onions, or tomatoes. Place cheddar cheese slice. Apply some sauce again and place another piece of the burger. Garnish them with finger fries and salad and serve. ENJOY
