Ingredients:-
Chicken Mince 1.5kg
Onions 2 chopped
Garlic 2 tbsp
Tomatoe paste 1 cup
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili pwd 1 tsp
Black pepper1 tsp
Chili flacks 1 tsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Thyum 1 tsp
Rosemary leaf pinch
Capsicum π« 1 cup chopped
Chicken stock 1 cup
Method for chicken sauce:-
Heat up the olive oil in a deep pan and add chopped onions fry then until soft then add garlic. Fry it until aroma comes out. Then add chicken mince fry it until change its colour. Now add spices and tomato paste. Roast it well and at the end add oregano, rosemary leafs and Thyum. Add chicken stock. When water dries a bit add Capsicum and cook it for 5 minutes. Chicken sauce I'd ready.
Ingredients for white sauce:-
Butter 1 tbsp
flour 2 tbsp
fresh milk 2 cups
Salt pinch
garlic 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Method:-
Melt the butter in a pan on medium flame. Add flour and roast it for 1 minute. Add milk and stir it continually. When it's get thicker add salt, garlic powder and white pepper and mix well. Cook it until thicker according to your desire. sauce is ready.
Boiled Lasagna sheets according to the packet instructions.
Assemble It by layers of lasagna sheets, chicken sauce, cheese and white sauce. On the top make the layer of cheese and sprinkle oregano, thyum and chili flacks. Bake it in preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
Leave it 20 minutes in room temperature after baking it. Enjoy your favorite cousin with ketchup and drink.π
